Upon reservation a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. The balance of the total amount has to pay upon your arrival.
In case the reservation is cancelled, the following cost will be charged:

a. Cancellation until the 42nd day before the date of arrival: the deposit of 20%
b. Cancellation from the 42nd day until the 28th day before the date of arrival: 35% of the total amount
c. Cancellation from the 28th day until the 21st day before the date of arrival: 40% of the total amount;
d. Cancellation from the 21st day until the 14th day before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount;
e. Cancellation from the 14th day until the 5th day before the day of arrival: 75% of the total amount;
f.  Cancellation from the 5th day before the date of arrival: 90% of the total amount;
g. Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100% of the total amount;
h. When staying less than three nights, 10% extra is charged.
